I have worked as a Fund Development Specialist at Community Action Project in Tulsa, Oklahoma for about 3 years. I specifically write grants that pertain to CAP's asset-building services. I also devote a tiny portion of my time to Tulsa Initiative. Why? Because who throws down the gauntlet by saying that we will reduce intergenerational poverty than any other strategy has done to date? I consider myself a rogue librarian by trade. I have B.A.'s in English and Political Science from the University of Tulsa and an MLIS from the University of Oklahoma. I worked as a public research librarian for 4 years before I started here. Most of my postings on this blog pertain to the idea of innovation and its uses within organizations. Every once in awhile I might throw in a stray resource on other topics within the blog that I run across. It's my ADD librarian tendency. My interests are everything.
