I joined the Tulsa Initiative @ Community Action Project in January 2008. As TI's Research Associate, I try to keep current on the latest research surrounding educational, economic, and health interventions for very young children and their families. I also assist with program planning and evaluation for the agency. Currently I'm working with the staff of CAP's Financial Services Division to reduce tenant turnover at our Brightwaters housing community using an innovative approach called positive deviance.
